In a Dream

The boldness of the contrasting colors lures the viewer into this painting.  The activity creates a path for the eye to become immersed in the design.   It feels as though the viewer is swimming through it.  Some shapes are robust, and others are very faint.  What a beautiful combination violet and yellow can create, from vibrant hues to very faint grays.   This would look beautiful in a living room or entry hall.  It gives the viewer a chance to wind through the shapes, giving the eye a challenge of where to rest.
